Fall Decor Ideas for Storefronts, Offices, and HOA Entrances

September 4, 2026

Fall pumpkin display at a business entrance

Homeowners aren't the only ones who want a porch worth coming home to. Storefronts, office lobbies, and HOA entrances all get the same benefit from a well-arranged fall display: it signals that someone is paying attention, which matters whether you're welcoming customers, employees, or residents.

Storefronts: Decorate the Approach, Not Just the Door

A single pumpkin by the register doesn't do much. What actually catches a passerby's eye is decor at the point of approach, flanking the entrance, along a window ledge, or framing outdoor seating. Layer in a hay bale and a few varieties of pumpkin the same way you would on a porch, and keep it clear of foot traffic so it reads as decor, not an obstacle.

Offices: One Good Display Beats Several Small Ones

For office buildings, a single well-arranged display at the main entrance usually has more impact than scattering small pumpkins at every door. It's also easier to maintain: one location to check on, one spot for us to refresh if anything needs attention during the season.

HOAs and Community Entrances: Plan for Scale

Community entrance signage, clubhouse porches, and shared mailbox kiosks are naturally larger spaces, and they read best with proportionally larger displays: more pumpkins, taller hay bale stacks, and décor sized to the space rather than a residential package placed in a spot built for a crowd. This is where a custom quote usually makes more sense than one of our standard packages.

What We Handle Differently for Business and HOA Clients

Multiple entrances in one visit, delivery scheduled around business hours instead of a typical residential window, and a scale of display built for a commercial or community space rather than a single front porch. We'll work out logistics and any billing details when we follow up on your inquiry, so there's no need to guess at that up front.
